Hello Card Dialer is an application that facilitates international calls using the Hello Card in the UAE. Obtain a Hello Card from a grocery store and save it in the Hello Card Dialer app. With this app, making calls becomes effortless. Additionally, your call history is automatically saved on your mobile device and can be cleared if desired.

Users have the ability to customize various features such as Call Confirmation, IVR Language, and Destination Country. To make a call, simply enter a phone number with the ISD code (e.g., 00 [ISD code] [phone number]) and press call. Alternatively, users can select a contact from their contact list by clicking on the contact icon displayed on the screen.

The app consists of several screens:

• Call: This screen allows users to type in the desired phone number and make a call. The phone number should be in the format 00 [phone number]. Users can also select a contact by clicking on the contact icon and then press call to initiate the call.
• Call History: On this screen, you can make calls directly from your call history by clicking on the corresponding call log. Additionally, you have the option to mark a phone number as a favorite by clicking on the star icon. If you wish to clear the call history, simply tap the menu button and select Clear Call History.
• Favorite: The Favorites screen allows you to easily access your frequently called numbers. To make a call, click on the desired number. If you want to remove a number from your favorites list, use the delete button.
• Settings (accessible from the menu): In this section, you can adjust various settings including Hello Card Pin Number, Language Selection, Country Selection, Confirm Before Call (to confirm the mobile number before making a call), and Avoid Call Ended (to address any call ended issues).

Here are the steps to make a call using Hello Card Dialer:

1. Enter the mobile number manually or select it from your contacts.
2. Press the Call button.
3. The phone call screen will open.
4. The call will be connected to the call center.
5. Language preferences will be automatically set.
6. The UAE Hello Calling Card secret number will be entered by the system.
7. You will hear the balance information in your preferred language.
8. The destination number will be entered by the system.
9. You will receive information about the balance minutes for the specific destination number (country).
10. If the call center provides an incorrect international number, end the call and try again. It should work properly.

Please note:

• Your Hello Card Number is stored securely on your device and cannot be accessed by others.
• Ensure that you enter the correct secret code from your Hello Card.
• If you uninstall or update the app, the secret number may be removed. It is advisable to save your calling card number in a message or take a picture of it for future reference.

• This is not a VoIP application. It is designed specifically for use with Hello Calling Card UAE.
• The app functions without an internet connection using a normal phone call (toll-free number). Charges will be deducted from your calling card.
• If you experience call ended issues, you can enable the "Avoid Call Ended" option in the settings.
